NAUTILUS E&P™ Will dissolve any residues that have been accumulating at the bottom of storage tanks, and make these residues usable for refining.

NAUTILUS E&P™ will also clean the refinery pipes from any deposits, of paraffin and asphaltenes, and reduce significantly costs and downtime of maintenance and cleaning in refineries. To be refined, the liquid crude must be converted to a gaseous state. In order to do this, it is first necessary to atomize the feedstock to form a mist of very small droplets.

As these droplets move toward the heat source, the temperature rises rapidly resulting in the vaporization of the light fraction of the droplets. The solid asphaltenes, which make up the heavy fraction, agglomerate into compact, book-like structures as vaporization of the volatiles takes place. Unburned carbon residues contribute to significant problems in the refining process. NAUTILUS E&P™will dissolve the heavy fractions and inhibit their agglomeration. Asphaltenes can supply anywhere from 40% to 80% of the total particular emissions of the refining process. The emissions will be significantly reduced with the reduction heavy fractions.p_OilGasFlag_Dwnstrm

NAUTILUS E&P™ cleans and degreases ballast, firewalls, Compressor stations, leaking valves, and the whole processing system, in refineries, methanol plants, and other processing plants where waxy deposits are encountered.
